My experience was great from pickup to drop-off. When you arrive at the airport, make sure you get access to internet so the driver can message you on whatsapp. My plane arrived late but the driver let me know he is waiting. I arrived at Istanbul airport and used the hour free internet from one of the many kiosks installed around the airport. My procedure was performed by Dr. Ahmet and his team and they were all very professional and made me feel comfortable through out the entire procedure. I used the the FUE method and the surgery took around 6.5 hours without breaks. They asked me how I'm doing throughout the entire procedure and if I needed a break at any time but I didn't. After the procedure, they explained everything clearly on what needs to be done to take care of your hair to get the best results and provided me with all the treatment I will need. Before you leave, you get to sit down with the Dr one last time to ask any questions. I had around 14 and he patiently answered all of them. Overall it was a great experience and I cant wait to see the results in a few months. I'm hoping my hair thickness will cover my remaining balding area but if it doesn't, I have no problem going back for a second procedure.

The operation/procedure itself was very well structured and organised, it gave me great confidence that I was in good hands from the first minute. The staff and their knowledge & skill were excellent; friendly, understanding and empathetic to the fact that I was nervous having travelled over from the UK and unsure what to initially expect - all alleviated by the team straight away. I would 100% recommend these guys as your first choice if you are looking to have an affordable, well performed hair transplant over in Turkey.
